If you are unable to pay with cash or via zelle please reach out and let me know in advance. •You are allowed to reschedule with the same deposit once, after that you will be required to put down a new deposit in order to book an appointment. •If you are more than 7 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a late fee of $10 after 10 minutes your appointment is subject to be canceled and you will be charged a 70% retainer fee. •If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please make sure you do so 48 hours before your set appointment time to avoid being charged a 70% retainer fee. • if you are a no call no show you will be required to pay full service price before rebooking •Arriving on time to your appointment is imperative, please be advised that when you are late you are only cutting into your own treatment time. •Please no extra guest allowed including (family, friends, children and spouses) unless they are receiving a service too. •Please do not book for a waxing service if you have shaved less than 3 weeks ago, you need to allow atleast 3-4 weeks for your hair to grow back to ensure you receive the best results. •Please be sure to exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment and drink plenty of water.
